Packaging & Shipping
- Each product is packaged independently.
- KAHO offers free shipping from China on all orders.
Delivery Time
- The default standard shipping delivery time is 6-12 business days, but if you need faster delivery, we also offer expedited shipping for an additional $6.99.

Track Package
- You will be sent a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track your package.
- Our orders will be shipped through YunExpress, you can also track your package by entering your tracking number through the YunExpress link: https://www.yuntrack.com/parcelTracking.
- If you can't find the specific shipping status of the package by the above method, please contact us and we will solve it for you.
- If you have not received the email after checking, email us with the email address or name you filled in when you placed the order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We accept refund requests for damaged items, missing accessories, or wrong items shipped.
- We regret that we do not accept refund requests for lost original packaging, human-damaged products, and custom products.
- In the case that the needs to return the product due to customer remorse (Such as: not liking the style, buying the wrong size, etc.), the customer needs to bear the actual shipping cost of the return.
